Running Monkey was a fun name which came about from my nickname as a kid - Monkey!

What can I say?! I love climbing trees (fun fact: broke my arm and a rib too :O )

My name is Jordan Winter.

For a long time now I have been into running. I took a Physical Fitness Trainer course too!

I am now a daily runner and love it.

Many of my friends, friends' friends, family members, neighbours etc. you name it, people ask me about running. How I got into it, why I do it EVERY. SINGLE. DAY!

My answer is simple, I actually do love it! While I keep myself fit and healthy, it's also the runners high which I absolutely have a mad addiction for!

I created this site to not only answer the questions of runners, but I would love nothing more than get your average Joe off the couch and start running.

Seeing new people on my running routes is an amazing feeling!
