Pilgrim Challenge 2015
A two-day, out and back, stage-ultra covering 66 miles along the North Downs Way, The Pilgrim Challenge covers trails once trodden by pilgrims heading for Canterbury and travellers bound for Dover and the Continent. The route, devised and recced by Race Director Neil Thubron, takes runners from Farnham to Merstham, Surrey on day one, with he return leg on day two brining you back to the start. The entry fee of £130, rising to £140 after the end of December, includes basic overnight accommodation in a school hall, Merstham, plus evening meal and breakfast. Those bagging UTMB points will be rewarded with two for tackling the Pilgrim Challenge.
A single day option is available at £55. Full details of and online entry to the Pilgrim Challenge at xnrg.co.uk
