The Cotswold Way Challenge Multistage Ultra
The Cotswold Way Challenge Multistage Ultra covers 57miles of beautiful, quintessential English countryside between Chipping Campden and Stroud across two days. Passing through rolling Gloucestershire farmland and ancient beech woods, and taking in a rich slice of British history from Bronze Age barrows to Neolithic burial grounds and Stone Age hill forts the event also offers a fairly challenging 2750m of vertical ascent and inclusive overnight stay at Cleeve School Sports Centre at the end of day one.
Extreme Energy ultra events are fully supported, so whether this is your first ultra or your one hundredth, you’ll find yourself in good company and in safe hands at the Cotswold Way Challenge. Entry fee is £135 for the full run or £55 for a single day/stage with early bird booking of £125 up until the end of February. Included in the price is: overnight accommodation, evening meal and breakfast, checkpoint food and water, food and drink at the finish, transportation to and from local train stations, medal and a tech t-shirt. And if all that’s not enough the event also bags you two lovely UTMB qualifier points.
